A really nice and spacious room that can fit four people comfortably. the bathroom is awesome, with a big shower that you can just walk into. the location is great and you can easily walk to anywhere you want to go. 🚶‍♂️

Beautiful and clean rooms with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area, facilities worked well. Minutes from a metro station, the location was particularly good😀😀

Can be described as a very enjoyable experience, recommend. The stuff are kind, the hotel is nice and with excellant location close to a park, the Zoravar Andranik metro station, and restaurants. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet! Have to say I appreciated savoury breakfast.

The location is great, being close to a good restaurant and in the city center with a public square within walking distance. the Zoravar Andranik metro station is also easily accessible. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was superb with a variety of hygienic options. the facilities were modern and WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel.

Some guests complained of the swimming pool being small for children, but most reviews were overwhelmingly positive.

We had a memorable stay at a charming hotel in Yerevan. The owners of the hotel treated us like family, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The homemade jams and delicious snacks they prepared were a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and the WiFi worked well. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread, locally produced cheese and butter, and a variety of home, made jams. the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel like we were staying with close relatives. the hotel's location was ideal, situated near parks and restaurants, and the air conditioning was a much, needed relief in the hot weather.

For the price we paid, there wasn't anything to criticize. we wished there were more amenities in our room, such as a mini, fridge or coffee maker.

The breakfast was good with a homely feel, and you have nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Location is great with a park and a church nearby.

The hotel owner was not accommodating and welcoming at all. He was very unhelpful and rude during our Christmas stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for sophisticated guests. the exclusive amenities, including a spa lounge and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled our leisurely needs. the garden area is stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas offering the perfect relaxation spot. We enjoyed the full body massage and head massage services, and the poolside snack bar served scrumptious meals.

The only issue we encountered was the lack of table availability during dinner hours. the central location provided easy access to local sights and landmarks, but the noise from the nearby street disturbed our sleep occasionally.

Excellent location near the center, great supermarket and restaurant nearby, spacious and clean rooms, well-equipped, friendly and helpful owner.
